Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had high hopes for the Portsea Hotel based on its location, but I left feeling quite let down. The ambiance was nice and the staff tried their best, yet the meals we had were truly disappointing. The children's menu lacked variety, and the service did not meet expectations, particularly during our long wait for lunch. It seems they need to focus more on management and dining quality to improve the overall experience.
I had mixed experiences at the hotel. While the location offered stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere, the dining left much to be desired. The service was friendly and attentive, but the overall quality of the meals did not meet expectations, especially considering the renovation. It's a lovely spot, but I would suggest being cautious with your dining choices.
We had a lovely time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful views and well-decorated apartment. While the dining experience exceeded our expectations, there were a few disturbances from maintenance noise that detracted from our peace. The overall stay was relaxing, and the location was a great bonus.
I stayed here for a wedding in Sorrento, and it was one of the cheaper options I found. It was fine for a bed for the night, but the communal toilets and showers were a bit of a hassle, especially after a few drinks. The place is older but seems well-kept, though the thin walls made it hard to sleep soundly. Perfect for young folks looking to enjoy a night out, but not ideal for families with kids or anyone seeking luxury.
My stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. The family-friendly atmosphere was a big plus, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities like the indoor pool. However, I encountered some service hiccups that made my experience less enjoyable. Overall, it's a decent spot for families, especially with the great room features, but a few improvements in service would make a big difference.
